Funded by PEPFAR and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), this project will provide training and education to scale up substance use services and services delivery research among populations living with and at risk for HIV in Ukraine. Ukrainian mental health professionals are developing strategies to address syndemic HIV and substance use in Ukraine.
